Our Victorian house has large sash windows and a high façade so involves ladder work when decorating. As some of the wood carrying the gutters had rotted, an effective repair was made to match the surrounding wood. Jim has the appropriate skills for this task as well as replacing cracked window glass. He has a good knowledge of available and suitable paints. His preparatory work is very thorough and from past experience his work lasts well. He works fast and thoroughly; is reliable and appears when he says he will. There was no mess as he clears up as he goes along. The house looks very smart as a result of Jim’s work. Thanks for doing an excellent job."
