Bay window
The moulding that supported the gutter on this bay window was rotten and needed replacing. The rotten pieces were removed, a new moulding had to be custom made using the old one as a template. The new pieces were given a coat of wood primer, fitted and painted with undercoat and glossed.
This sash window was in a sorry state. I removed all the old putty as well as all the loose and flaking paint, all bare wood was given a coat of primer, the window was then re-puttied, undercoated and glossed, the result good as new.
The floor of this small landing had started to collapse due to rot, the old beams and flooring were removed and a plastic membrane put in place, new beams and floor boards were then fitted and painted to the customer's requirements.
